Job summary

Federal Realty Investment Trust in Annapolis seeks a Property Manager to oversee operations at Annapolis Town Center, a premier outdoor lifestyle center with retail, office and residential components. You’ll partner with the Senior Regional Property Manager to drive operational excellence, tenant relations and capital improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail property management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail shopping center property management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and accounts payable/receivable familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operations contact for tenants and service providers.
• Develop and maintain operating budgets and financial reports.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, landscaping, and vendor contracts.
• Lead capital improvements planning and landlord work coordination.
• Monitor accounts payable and property-level expenditures.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards and procedures.
