The successful candidate will oversee safety, tenant relations, budgeting and vendor contracts, coordinating with corporate teams and the client to optimize asset value and operating income.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of experience in retail property management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or real estate.
• Real estate license required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the retail property team in achieving client objectives.
• Oversee management, operations, leasing, marketing and finance of a shopping center.
• Develop and manage annual business plans and budgets.
