Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate II, Retail Generalist, to support multiple store areas including donation processing, pricing, stocking, and cashier duties. You will work both on the sales floor and in production, interacting with customers and handling donations with care to reflect the organization’s mission.

The role focuses on merchandising, pricing, and quality inspection, with the potential for cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail or merchandising experience desired.
• 1 year of cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in other departments and act as back-up for other areas as required.
• Process donations and ensure items are handled with care to show respect to the donor and item.
• Sort, inspect, and price donated items; research value as necessary.
• Operate POS systems and provide accurate cashier transactions with a balanced drawer.
• Assist customers with product questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure production and sales floor areas are organized, stocked, and clean.
• Process E-Commerce orders accurately and move them efficiently online.
• Maintain safe working environment and follow store policies.
