Job summary

Savers is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production process and store operations. You will supervise the production room and sales floor, ensuring items are priced and merchandised for optimal turnover.

You’ll coach and develop a team, maintain high standards of customer and donor experience, and drive efficiency and quality across all production stages. The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and adherence to policies, with comprehensive onboarding and growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Retail store management or industrial management experience is valued.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production process and lead the team in-store and on the sales floor.
• Ensure pricing, merchandising and stock levels support sales and customer experience.
• Lead, develop and coach supervisors and team members; staffing and training.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention practices; ensure policy compliance.
