Savers, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production room and sales floor, ensuring pricing accuracy, stock flow, and a high-quality customer experience. You will drive productivity, coaching, and process improvements while upholding our thrift store values.

You will develop the team, plan staffing, and maintain safety and compliance in a fast-paced thrift retail environment.

Formación

• High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Results-driven retail store management or industrial management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong communication (verbal & written).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct production team and store operations to meet financial targets.
• Plan staffing, recruit, and train team members.
• Coach supervisors and team to drive performance and deliver excellent customer/donor service.
• Maintain production workflow, pricing accuracy, and stock availability on the floor.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance across all areas.
