Job summary

Savers | Value Village is seeking a Production Manager in Worcester, MA to lead the production team and drive store performance. You will manage staffing, training, and workflow while ensuring accurate pricing and an engaging customer/donor experience.

From day one, you will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency, partnering with leadership to meet financial targets and support the brand’s mission of responsible reuse across 300+ stores.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and direction of the production process and lead the production team.
• Plan staffing needs, recruitment, selection and training; supervise supervisors and team members.
• Maintain shop-ability on the sales floor and ensure positive customer/donor experience at all times.
• Improve production workflow, manage inventory and scheduling to meet targets.
