Job summary

Savers is seeking a Production Manager for our West Islip, NY location. You will lead the production team, manage pricing, merchandising, and daily operations to meet targets while delivering strong customer/donor service.

You will supervise supervisors and staff, plan staffing and training, coach for performance, and uphold our values-driven workplace. Expect comprehensive onboarding and robust in-house training programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong coaching, observation and feedback skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments and decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office tech.
• Leadership experience in a retail/store environment.
• Education qualifications meet minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production process and lead the production team.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and merchandizing on the floor.
• Supervise supervisors and plan staffing and training.
• Develop high-potential staff through coaching and feedback.
• Maintain a respectful, values-driven workplace.
• Cover store operations in the manager's absence.
• Deliver excellent customer/donor service and inventory control.
• Maintain production flow, stock levels and loss prevention.
