Job summary

Savers is opening a new store in Fayetteville, AR, and is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the production process and lead the team on the sales floor and in the back room. You will ensure accurate pricing, shop-able racks, and efficient workflow to maximize performance.

We expect strong retail leadership, ability to train and coach staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain safety standards. This exempt role requires excellent communication, problem solving, and hands-on supervision daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production and team direction per policies and laws.
• Ensure right items at right price and time through pricing and merchandising.
• Coach and observe performance, set work pace.
• Lead supervisors and production team; plan staffing and training.
• Maintain store performance against financial targets.
• Ensure customer/donor experience and safety compliance.
• Oversee loss prevention and safety programs.
