Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Production Associate in Franklin to help prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.

You will sort, price, and produce items according to quality standards, while meeting quota-driven production goals in a safe, organized backroom environment. Under supervision, you will support production operations, assist with material movement, and ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor with accurate pricing and presentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow established production processes, procedures, and safety guidelines with consistency and attention to detail.
• Able to work accurately in a quota-driven environment where quality is the top priority.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate sorting, pricing, and preparation of Softline and Hardline merchandise.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move items in production and retail setting.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise according to established production and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Assist with material movement, staging, and coordination between production, backroom, and sales floor areas as directed by store leadership.
• Support opening and closing routines related to production and backroom operations to ensure consistent daily readiness.
• Ensure merchandise is shop-ready and available for timely placement on the sales floor.
