Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Production Associate to support efficient store operations. You will sort, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise, meeting quota-driven production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

Under store leadership, you will ensure tasks are completed accurately, support backroom operations, and help ready merchandise for the sales floor throughout the day, aligned with Goodwill’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Follow established production processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work accurately in a quota-driven environment where quality is the top priority.
• Able to stand, lift, and move items as required in a production and retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise by sorting, pricing, and production activities.
• Ensure merchandise is shop-ready with accurate pricing and presentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production and backroom areas.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily production workflows to ensure readiness.
• Support store readiness and timely placement of merchandise on the sales floor.
