Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is hiring a Retail Production Associate to prepare donated Softline and Hardline items. You will sort, price, tag, and ready merchandise for the sales floor while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in a quota-driven environment.

You will collaborate with store leadership to ensure timely backroom operations, accurate production outputs, and readiness for customer shopping throughout shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education level satisfies minimum preferred criteria.
• Ability to follow established production processes with accuracy.
• Capable of precise sorting, tagging, and pricing of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise to standards.
• Support production backroom and ensure shop readiness for floor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas and follow safety rules.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
