Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a part-time Retail Production Associate to support store operations by preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.

You will sort, price, tag, and production-pack items according to standards, helping meet quota-driven goals while maintaining quality and safety. Work alongside store teams to ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor, follow pricing tools and POS systems, and stay flexible with evenings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow established production processes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise for sale by sorting, tagging, pricing, and packing.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized production and backroom areas to support workflow.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily production tasks to ensure shop readiness.
• Use pricing tools or POS systems to ensure accurate pricing and merchandise handling.
