Hope Gospel Mission in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the daily operations of our donation center and production area. You will direct donation logistics, support staff, and cross-train across departments to meet community needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support all logistics of physical donation.
• Fill in for staff as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Cross-train in production departments.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Work alongside Vocational Training participants and volunteers.
• Set an excellent example of work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Motivated to accomplish and exceed, required tasks.
• Ability to periodically lift up to 25lbs.
• Assist in maintaining the intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
