Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Production in Mansfield to process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor and to follow the inventory system guidelines. The role also involves sorting and pricing merchandise and collaborating with the team to meet production quotas.

Responsibilities include operating the POS and grading/pricing systems, maintaining accurate production data, and ensuring clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet production quotas.
• Proficient in basic math and able to read/write.
• Able to operate computerized equipment (POS Solutions Inventory System, grading and pricing).
• Open availability: 7 days a week, 8 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Follow inventory system guidelines to meet production quotas.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise for grading and pricing.
• Maintain production data and Kaizen-based improvements in the area.
• Use material handling equipment to move donations and merchandise.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall appearance of the work area.
