Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas in Granbury, TX is hiring a Retail Team Member Production for store #19. The role handles donations, pricing, and inventory control to keep the sales floor stocked and appealing.

You will use POS Solutions Inventory System and grading tools, perform basic math for pricing, and interact with customers and team members while supporting continuous improvement. Availability to work 40 hours weekly is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience interacting with the public or within a team environment.
• Preferred customer service experience dealing with the public.
• Proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS Solutions Inventory System, grading and pricing system).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor and ensure inventory procedures are followed.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise (textiles, shoes, electrical items) for grading and pricing using the system.
• Maintain production data and open/closed work batches; support Kaizen practices for continuous improvement.
• Move and transport donations using handling equipment; keep work area clean and presentable.
