Responsibilities include processing items for the floor, maintaining production data, and using the POS and grading systems. Strong customer service and basic math skills are required, with equal emphasis on accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience interacting with public or team.
• Proficient in basic math, reading and writing.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Sort, hang, and categorize merchandise for grading and pricing using the grading system.
• Maintain production data and batches for processed goods.
• Use material handling equipment to move donations within the store.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall appearance of the work area.
