Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Production - FT to support the sales floor with donated and purchased items. You will process items,-grade and price merchandise, and ensure inventory accuracy using the store's systems.

The role requires basic math, customer-facing interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 40 hours per week. Schedule varies, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience interacting with the public or a team.
• One year customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math and able to read/write.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise for grading and pricing.
• Maintain production data and open/closed work batches.
• Operate material handling equipment to move items.
