Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring for a Retail Team Member Production - FT in Bedford. The role focuses on processing donated and purchased items for the sales floor, using grading/pricing systems, and ensuring production quotas are met.

Responsibilities include operating POS and inventory systems, maintaining organized work areas, and assisting with daily store operations. The position requires strong customer service and basic math skills, with availability across a 7-day schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience interacting with the public or in a team setting.
• Proficient in basic math and able to read and write.
• Experience operating POS systems and making pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Follow inventory system procedures and production quotas.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise and price goods using grading/pricing tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and production data.
• Assist with opening schedule and store operations as needed.
