Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is looking for an Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items and prepare them for the sales floor. You will price, tag, and stock merchandise while maintaining a clean, organized sales area and delivering excellent customer service.

The role supports various departments (hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, books, shoes) and may involve occasional donations processing.

Qualifications

• Goodwill is seeking a detail-oriented Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items and prepare them for the sales floor.
• Excellent customer service is required as you interact with shoppers and staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to price, tag, test, and stock merchandise according to quality standards and store guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type (books, textiles, housewares, electronics, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for display on the sales floor.
• Inspect items for usability and test as needed (including battery-operated items).
• Ensure sales floor and stock areas are clean, organized, and well merchandised.
• Provide responsive customer service and support other departments as needed.
