Krispy Kreme seeks an Assistant Manager in Chattanooga to partner with the General Manager, driving a WOW guest experience and smooth shop operations. You will lead a team, support hiring and onboarding, and help manage promotions, cash handling, and inventory control.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of management in food service or retail, strong communication, and a commitment to an equitable, inclusive culture. 18+ and eligible to work in the US are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum five years in food service or retail.
• At least two years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or over and able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support in-shop accounting, cash handling, reporting, and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment, POS, and shop operations run smoothly and safely.
• Maintain shop sanitation and provide exceptional customer service.
