Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Part-time Products Operations Educator (Contract through February 2027) to support inventory processing, stock organization, and guest service on the retail floor. You will handle shipments, restock, and assist with omnichannel programs while maintaining store presentation.

The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic store environment with flexible scheduling and no experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Process shipments and perform RFID inventory counts as directed.
• Receive, fold, sort, and hang product to optimize space and productivity.
• Restock shelves and manage product moves on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Assist guests on the retail floor and connect them to teammates as needed.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and utilize in-store technology.
