Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in product management or product ownership.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and experimentation-driven mindset with dashboards and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic Commerce roadmap and define the product vision for elf’s channels.
• Sequence investments across discovery-to-purchase paths including agent discoverability and checkout flows.
• Manage product lifecycle end-to-end from concept to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with AEO/GEO teams to improve visibility and citations across AI assistants and generative search.
• Partner with Connected Commerce and CRM teams to enable agentic experiences in the commerce stack.
