Job summary

Peapack Private Bank & Trust is seeking a Retail Client Experience Manager I to support the Retail Private Banker in a full-time on-site capacity in Califon, NJ. You will manage day-to-day branch operations, drive sales, and ensure staff compliance while delivering high-touch client service.

Responsibilities include expanding consumer and business relationships, promoting the bank’s products, and leading staff through training and coaching. Notary public certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in branch banking.
• Ability to meet/exceed customer service needs and identify customer needs.
• Knowledge of bank products and services, including cash management and related services.
• Notary Public commission.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Private Banker in developing, expanding and managing consumer and business relationships within a branch.
• Lead staff in sales and ensure compliance with internal/external policies and regulations.
• Open/close accounts and perform teller duties when needed; handle daily client needs and branch operations.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly branch reports; conduct branch audits and ensure security policies.
