Job summary

Peapack Private Bank & Trust, located in Chester, NJ, is seeking an Universal Banker II who will deliver exceptional service to clients on-site. You will learn and promote branch technology, grow consumer and business relationships, and process a variety of banking transactions within regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a Notary Public commission, flexibility to work full-time hours, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer experience in Retail or Hospitality preferred; banking experience a plus.
• Notary Public commission required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all existing and potential clients.
• Learn branch technology and educate clients on its use.
• Develop and manage consumer and business account relationships.
• Process transactions and assist with branch operations and cash handling.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to regulations.
• Demonstrate ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving in daily tasks.
