Job summary

Peapack Private Bank & Trust is seeking a Retail Private Banker in Summit, NJ to deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients. You will manage the full client experience, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with partner lines to fulfill client needs.

The role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and a willingness to work within branch hours to support clients, drive deposit growth, and uphold our culture of hospitality and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Notary Public commission required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to support diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all clients, existing and prospective.
• Manage full client experience and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Refer clients to partnering business lines and execute service requests and transactions.
• Assist with daily branch operations and compliance with policies.
