You will take orders, provide pricing and product information, and recommend FedEx Office print, signs, graphics and shipping services.

You will operate printing and shipping equipment, manage production queues, handle cash transactions, keep the store organized, and support training of team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 6+ months of specialized customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative customer service to understand needs and propose solutions for printing, signs & graphics, and shipping.
• Take orders, price items, provide product information and recommend FedEx Office services.
• Operate printing, binding and related equipment to produce customer materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment and support training of team members.
