• Handle complex customer orders, provide accurate pricing, and process transactions at POS.
• Assemble parcels, prepare goods for shipping, and operate printing/binding equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety, HR, and security policies.
