Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Office software.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Continuously listens to customers and team members to understand shipping needs and offer viable solutions.
• Learns product and service offerings, alternatives, and industry trends.
• Operates all equipment, software and devices in an expert fashion and shares knowledge with others.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
