Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of selling techniques and sales training in print.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through training and development of all associates.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates.
• Facilitate training sessions on the business model and service offering.
• Observe, coach, and provide feedback to enhance associate proficiency and brand loyalty.
• Operate all equipment within Print Services to maintain efficient production and on-time orders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and manage print supplies.
• Maintain safety and security as a Key Carrier; perform opening/closing responsibilities.
