Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Print Manager to lead the Print Services area, drive sales growth, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will oversee production, equipment, and staff to deliver high‑quality print materials while modeling the Office Depot 5C values.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, responsibility as a Key Carrier, and hands‑on coaching of associates to build a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including activation and deactivation of the store's alarm system, cash handling, and daily store balancing.
