Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Print Manager to lead the Print Department in a high-volume store. You will drive print sales and service excellence, oversee production, and manage equipment, inventory, and staff to deliver top-quality print materials and customer satisfaction.

You will develop a high-performing team, coach associates on print processes and selling techniques, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain strong merchandising and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates to ensure understanding of print processes.
• Observe, coach, and provide feedback to enhance associate proficiency and brand loyalty.
