Responsibilities

• Be the primary print producer as customers submit orders in-store, online and via email.
• Operate print equipment, produce proofs and samples for consultation, and perform quick edits.
• Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and quality.
• Train and coach associates to assist in print production as needed.
• Create and manage production workflow and set standards for the team.
• Maintain machine functionality and organization of supplies and finished orders.
• Handle other duties as assigned, including stocking shelves and cleaning.
