Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist to ensure accurate signage and pricing while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional night or weekend shifts, supporting store openings and events.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure store signage and pricing are accurate.
• Receive and process signage requests for departments and manage price changes.
• Assist in other departments as assigned and support loss prevention and safety policies.
• Prepare, set up, and take down department ads and communicate with team members and management.
