Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist in Illinois. You will ensure accurate signage and pricing while delivering outstanding customer service to shoppers.

The role typically follows a Monday–Friday rhythm with occasional night or weekend shifts and potential involvement in grand opening events, helping various departments and supporting loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate signage and pricing to support a smooth shopping experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service during signage and pricing tasks.
• Receive and respond to cashier requests for price checks or UPC issues.
• Perform department price changes and coordinate ads prep.
• Print and set up store signage as needed.
• Communicate with team, store management, and pricing specialists.
• Support other departments and follow loss prevention policies.
