Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC is seeking an Associate, Retail Planning (E-Commerce) in Buffalo, NY. This on-site role supports daily launch calendars and store replenishments, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability for online and flagship channels.

You will manage stock transfers, item setups in Shopify, and inventory accuracy while assisting with events and ensuring seamless customer experiences across online platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in apparel or sportswear industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter all Stock Transfer Orders manually in SAP and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Keep existing orders updated in a timely manner as changes come through.
• Communicate orders to the Distribution Team with the Planning Assistant Manager.
• Create systematic transfers in Shopify to enable inventory reception at stores.
• Set up new items in Shopify so they flow to store registers.
• Assist with preparing for Pop Up Retail events by positioning inventory and ensuring counts are correct.
• Maintain integrity of inventory reporting systems and reconcile adjustments as needed.
• Keep all sensitive matters confidential.
• Other duties as assigned.
