Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC. in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Coordinator, Retail & Brand Activation to support Retail Marketing, Brand Activation, and Events across the business. This role provides operational assistance and project coordination with Wholesale accounts, and is 100% on-site.

You will coordinate campaigns at retail, manage assets, track budgets, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, and Product Development to bring the brand campaigns to life at retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of office or marketing experience required.
• Experience with retail marketing and events is preferred.
• Strong project management and budgeting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Retail Marketing initiatives across campaigns and events.
• Support asset creation, print production, and asset requests.
• Track budgets and manage department spend.
• Assist US Sales with fixture program and sell-through.
• Maintain inventory for POS fixtures and input orders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, and Product Development.
• Analyze ROI and KPIs of projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
