Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC, headquartered in Buffalo, NY, seeks an on-site Associate, Retail Planning (E-Commerce) to manage stock transfers, inventory flow, and digital merchandising across online channels and flagship stores. You will collaborate with Planning, Content, and Distribution to ensure timely launches and optimal product availability.

The role requires 1–3 years in a related field, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in retail or apparel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field
• Retail environment experience preferred
• Knowledge of sportswear or apparel industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter all stock transfer orders in SAP and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Keep existing orders updated and communicate changes
• Coordinate with Distribution to relay transfer details
• Create transfers in Shopify for store inventory flow
• Set up new items in Shopify for store registers
• Assist with pop-up events and inventory positioning
• Maintain inventory reporting accuracy and confidentiality
