Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC, headquartered in Buffalo, NY, seeks an Associate, Retail Planning (E-Commerce) to manage store inventory moves, transfers, and timely launches. This 100% on-site role supports daily replenishment and the Buffalo store + NYC flagship with cross-functional coordination.

You will enter stock transfers in SAP and Shopify, draft accurate orders, and work with planning teams to ensure inventory availability while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of related experience required
• Knowledge of sportswear or apparel industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter all Stock Transfer Orders manually in SAP by prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
• Keep existing orders updated in a timely manner
• Communicate orders to Distribution Team
• Create systematic transfers in Shopify for inventory receipt
• Set up new items in Shopify for store registers
• Assist with preparing for and executing Pop Up Retail Events
• Maintain integrity of inventory reporting systems and reconcile regularly
• Keep all sensitive matters confidential
• Other duties as assigned
