Are you a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacy Tech seeking a new opportunity? Our client is currently hiring for a dynamic role in Milwaukee, WI. Join their fast-paced environment where your expertise in pharmacy technology will be crucial.

Retail Pharmacy Tech Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical, distributive, technical, and data-gathering duties to provide medications to patients and support pharmacists
• Dispense and deliver medications efficiently
• Serve pharmacy customers by obtaining and recording demographics, verifying insurance, and handling cashier duties
• Manage insurance and third-party billing functions, including data entry, prior authorizations, maintaining files, and error investigation
• Engage in cross-training in remote dispensaries and specialized areas
• Require 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Hold active Wisconsin State Pharmacy Technician registration and license
• Experience with automation, including filling tasks and processing prescriptions
• Maintain a strong attendance record and focus throughout shifts
• Ability to stand for entire shifts
• Be tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
• No patient interactions required
• May work every other Saturday depending on needs
• Wear casual but appropriate attire
• On-site free parking available
