Jefferson Regional Med Ctr's Retail Pharmacy is looking for a Retail Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations under a licensed pharmacist, handling filling, billing and dispensing in a retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer service and accuracy, working with hospital staff to ensure proper discharge medications via the Meds To Beds program; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Program preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy required upon hire.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology, medication safety, pharmacy calculations, and pharmacy operations preferred.

Responsibilities
