Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Phoenix, Arizona, to prepare, compound, and dispense medications under a licensed pharmacist's supervision. You will support pharmacy operations, ensure safe, accurate therapy, and contribute to timely medication delivery in a fast-paced, patient‑centered team.

The role follows a varied 10‑hour shift schedule (10:00 AM–8:00 PM) with two weekends off per month; weekend differential and night differential apply where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescriptions under a pharmacist’s supervision.
• Prepare, dispense, and deliver medications accurately to patients.
• Answer phones, accept prescriptions, and assist patients in the waiting area.
• Assist with inventory, maintain a clean work environment, and support admin duties.
