• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and pharmacy operations, shifts, and scheduling.
• Monitor customer service and resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; maintain safe, clean store.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting KPIs.
