Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations of the retail pharmacy, recruit and train staff, and manage inventory to support quality patient care.

You will ensure compliance with Pennsylvania and Federal standards, supervise fiscal and HR functions, implement policies, and engage with patients and colleagues while upholding Jefferson Health core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, PharmD preferred.
• PA Pharmacist license with retail experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in retail pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the retail pharmacy.
• Assist in recruitment and staff training.
• Manage inventory to ensure quality patient care.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and patient care enhancement.
