Job summary

Jefferson Regional Med Ctr seeks a Pharmacy Manager for the Retail Pharmacy to lead operations and ensure safe, compliant pharmaceutical care. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a focus on patient outcomes within a community health setting.

Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with occasional late hours. Doctoral degree in Pharmacy and AR licensure are required; 5+ years in retail pharmacy management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
• 5+ years in retail pharmacy management or pharmacist in charge preferred.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software and 340b medications.
