Job summary

Qualifications

• Promote compliance with hospital formulary and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the distribution of medications within TJUH.
• Assures appropriateness of drug therapy per hospital policies.
• Trains staff such as residents, interns, technicians, and new pharmacists.
• Precepts student pharmacists per program policies.
• Supports implementation of processes to improve pharmacy services.
• Interacts professionally with co-workers and visitors in line with Jefferson values.
