Job summary

Jefferson Regional's Pharmacy Department seeks a Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead inpatient services and oversee the outpatient infusion center, with a focus on oncology.

This leadership role drives staffing, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring safety, compliance, and the highest standard of patient care.

Typical hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with responsibilities based in the department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred.
• Graduate from an ACPE-recognized pharmacy college.
• Current Licensure with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy required.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmacy automation systems, EHR, and medication management software

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient pharmacy operations including management of the outpatient infusion center focusing on oncology.
• Lead hiring, training, and evaluation of the pharmacy staff.
