Responsibilities

• Partner with store managers to align pharmacy operations with store goals.
• Manage clinical and business operations of the pharmacy department.
• Supervise duties of all pharmacy associates and ensure staffing/training.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Ensure adherence to the Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and safety policies.
• Perform immunizations following company standards and expectations.
• Maintain professional appearance and effective communication within the department.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards and request equipment maintenance when needed.
