Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school and valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates to oversee professional and business operations within the pharmacy.
• Identify store level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise duties of all pharmacy associates and ensure staffing and training.
• Perform immunizations according to Company standards and expectations.
• Maintain compliance with Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and company policies.
• Maintain safety standards and clear communication within the department.
