Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy department in our Bar Harbor location. You will ensure professional operations, supervise staff, and work closely with store management to deliver high-quality patient care and services.

The role requires a PharmD, current state license, and immunization certification, with flexibility for a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current license in good standing to practice in the state.
• Active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates to manage professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise and train pharmacy personnel to ensure compliance and quality service.
• Perform immunizations according to company standards and expectations.
