Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to oversee professional and business operations within the in-store pharmacy. You will supervise pharmacy staff, perform immunizations, and partner with store leadership to identify growth opportunities while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires an accredited PharmD, active state license, immunizing certification, and flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current license in good standing in state(s) of practice.
• Current immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Knowledge of state and Federal pharmacy laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates to manage pharmacy operations.
• Supervise duties and responsibilities of pharmacy staff.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training of pharmacy personnel.
• Adhere to Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and company policies.
• Perform immunizations as required.
